The CSmicro series of the infrared pyrometer is an evolution of the CS, with a miniature sensing head which is one of the smallest in the world measuring just 14mm OD x 28mm long. The electronics are housed securely in a housing mounted onto the extension cable measuring just 35mm x 12mm which also has an LED useful for giving information about the sensor during use.
With the CSmicro we can offer a wider measuring range of up to 1600°C and also a higher ambient operating temperature for the sensing head of up to 180°C without additional cooling. Combined with high-quality optics giving small spot sizes, the CSmicro is an extremely versatile group of sensors, and are easily configurable using the optional USB interface and Compact Connect software.
The Optris CT LT is an excellent general purpose miniaturised digital pyrometer with programmable electronic box. The IR sensing head is suitable for use at ambient temperatures of up to 180°C without cooling and with a choice of optical resolutions, there is certain to be a version within the range to suit your application.

The separate electronics enclosure provides a full range of configurable outputs as standard including Voltage, mA and Thermocouple. The newly developed optris Xi 80 combines the benefits of infrared cameras and infrared pyrometers.
New low cost infrared thermal imaging camera is available from stock and is suitable for high temperatures.A full 80×80 thermal image eliminates the hunt for the hot spot and tedious positioning required with single spot temperature sensors. The integrated spot finder function will identify the hottest (or coldest) spot in the image and automatically communicate these measurements without an external PC.
A wide range of optics including the new 80° lens equips the Xi 80 to collect and analyze temperature information over a wide target area. The affordable pricing for this unit makes it a realistic alternative to replace existing spot temperature sensors or for OEM applications.

Due to its special spectral range of 5.0 µm, the pyrometer optris CT G5 is perfectly suited for the measurement of glass temperatures, e.g. during container glass production, vehicle glass production or solar cell production.
The IR thermometer’s stainless steel measuring head is extremely small and can be employed in ambient temperatures of up to 85 °C without additional cooling. A multi-installation of the pyrometers, e.g. in series as line scanner, is therefore cost-efficient and can be performed even in limited spaces.
