Optris CTlaser 1M / 2M Infrared Temperature Sensor
The optris CTlaser 1M / 2M infrared thermometer enables accurate and rapid measurement of high temperatures on metal surfaces. Its short measuring wavelengths also permit measurement of metal oxides and ceramics. Moreover, the pyrometer’s robust premium stainless steel measuring head incorporates an innovative double laser sight, ensuring precise marking of measuring spots at any distance.
Available in six temperature ranges from 250 to 2200°C, the IR sensor can operate up to 85°C without extra cooling. The temperature sensor offers selectable analogue outputs and multiple digital interfaces, providing high flexibility.
With peak hold, valley hold, average, and an extended hold function, field configurable via the USB programming kit (ACCTUSBK), it also supports various field selectable analogue output options and alarm settings. Optional interfaces include USB, RS485, RS232, 2 optically isolated relay outputs, CAN-Bus, Profibus DP, and Ethernet, accessible with plug-in options.
Shorter wavelength versions are also available specifically designed for use with metals, glass and plastic films. All Optris CTlaser pyrometers come with a choice of optics to best suit your requirement.

The Optris CTlaser high temperature IR sensor comes with the Optris Compact Connect software. This temperature analysis software has been developed specifically for the extensive documentation and analysis of temperature measurement data for the Optris stationary IR thermometers. It’s license-free and is included with every Optris temperature sensor shipment.
