Large Digit Displays

A wide variety of large digit displays are available primarily based on the choice of process input. For example, all standard temperature and process inputs are available including RTD, Thermocouple, mA and voltage. Alongside this, we offer inputs to suit strain gauge sensors, pulse frequency inputs, RS485/RS232 and also clock/timer versions.

The large field process displays have been designed for targets where visibility is needed up to 100 metres. The displays are suitable for outdoor use when the vertical sunlight has been limited e.g. by using the sun visor above the display. The selection of the sensor type and display scaling is
easy with the configuration keys and a 6-digit small display inside the case.

Two alarm relays with changeover contacts are available as an option. Alarm limits and hysteresis are freely selectable. The display can be
damped by a digital filter if necessary. The number of decimals is selectable.

There are two power supply alternatives: one for line voltage 48..240 VAC and the other 24 VDC, galvanically isolated from input and output. The field displays provide a voltage supply of 24 VDC for sensors.

Analogue conversion is done by a 16-bit AD converter (resolution 1/64000) and the number of measurements is 7 per second. Separate passwords can be set for access to the configuration menu and alarms. The case protection rating is IP66. The displays can also be used outdoors if exposure to direct sunlight is prevented by using a sun cover.

Large field displays can easily be modified for other sensor types by only changing the input card for frequency, pulse or serial bus inputs. All panel meter series of 2000 input and output cards are available.

Nokeval 575F5 Series

575F5 is wall mounted large field display, with five 57 mm high digits. The device can be configured as the customer needs depending on the model. The 575F5 is available as a 24VDC model or a 230VAC model.

The device can be ordered or equipped later with a 2000 series output card, 2 or 3 alarm relay card, serial data card or I/O card depending on the model. Normally the device is one channel, but in two-channel models 575F5-2212 and 575F5-2251 there are two input cards which if desired can calculate mathematical functions between two channels such as average. All versions in the range are IP65.

Nokeval FD100 Series

The FD100 series includes 4 and 6-digit models. The digit size is 100mm. The displays are based on input cards of the panel meter series 2000 giving over 100 combinations. The unit has a wide power supply range of 41…265 VAC or 20…28 VAC/VDC depending on the model. Visibility up to 50 metres. This display can also be used outdoors.

The FD200 series include 4 and 6-digit models. The digit size is 200mm. The displays are based on input cards of the panel meter series 2000 giving over 100 combinations. The unit has a wide power supply range of 41…265 VAC. Visibility up to 100 metres, may also be used outdoors.
